These Terms govern your use of mcaguide.ai and the services offered by MCA Guide (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we do — and don’t do
MCA Guide is an independent comparison and matching service, not a lender, broker of record, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, issue funding, or guarantee approval. We introduce you to third-party providers who independently decide whether and on what terms to offer financing.
2. No guarantee of funding or terms
Rates, factor rates, amounts, and timelines shown on the site are general examples, not offers, and may not reflect what any provider will offer you. Merchant cash advances can be expensive; actual terms depend on the provider and your business.
3. Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18 and authorized to request financing for your business. You agree the information you submit is accurate and consent to us sharing it with a matched provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Our guides, calculator, comparisons, and other content are for general educational purposes only and are not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional before entering any financing agreement.
5. Provider data and third parties
We compile provider information from publicly available sources and aim to keep it accurate, but terms change and we do not warrant that every detail is current. We are not responsible for the products, terms, conduct, or websites of any third-party provider.
6. Compensation disclosure
We may be compensated when you connect with a provider through the site, which helps keep MCA Guide free to use. This does not change the provider data we publish. See our Disclaimer for more.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCA Guide will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, a match, or any financing you obtain from a third party.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
